What exchanges will PWV tokens be listed on?
The PWV tokens will be listed on QRYPTOS after our ICO. We are in conversation with other exchanges on a best-effort basis to ensure token liquidity.
Is PWV a security or utility token?
PWV is a utility token. Its value may fluctuate depending on market forces in future. The token is not used for security or investment. PWV serves as a utility token for future Peoplewave products and services. Stay tuned for more details as we progress through our roadmap.
I bought PWV tokens during the Presale. When will I receive the tokens?
Presale contributors will receive PWV tokens before our listing on QRYPTOS exchange. Notifications and instructions will be sent via email.
Can I transfer/sell my PWV tokens immediately after purchase?
Yes. The Know Your Customer form is a standard document in the investment industry that ensures investment advisors obtain detailed information about their customer’s risk tolerance, investment knowledge and financial position. Moreover, it serves to safeguard the company from theft, fraud, terrorist financing and money laundering. It is a regulatory requirement for us to obtain KYC from all investors.
You will have to provide the following information: first and last names, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, passport/national ID number. You are also required to upload scans of your address proof and your passport/national ID

I’m not seeing PWV tokens in my wallet. How can I add them?
You will have to set up PWV as a custom token on your ERC20 wallet. These are the information that you will require:

No, there will not be any dividends on the PWV token as it is a utility token.
What is the maximum total supply?
The maximum PWV token supply is 1.2 billion tokens.
What happens to the unsold tokens, if any?
The unsold PWV tokens will be distributed in a Secondary Coin Offering, kept in reserve, or burnt, to be decided by management in future.

Which cryptocurrencies are accepted for the purchase of PWV Tokens?

Yes. Peoplewave has already established two products - First 100 Days and Performance Wave, and is working on our third product - HR Command Centre. The ICO funds raised will be used to build Wavebase, our blockchain-enabled solution, to provide an immutable database of accurate and verified performance and employment information.
